The holiday home "Il Melograno" is located in a free-standing cottage on the ground floor and can accommodate up to 5 people.

It is a cosy and bright flat of 40 square metres, where every window overlooks our beautiful hills.

Entering the flat you enter a bright air-conditioned living area with kitchenette, satellite TV and sofa bed.
The kitchen is fully equipped and functional, with fridge and oven.
As well as plates, cutlery, pots, pans, glasses and cups and all kitchen accessories, you will also find a moka coffee maker and a tea kettle.

The sleeping area comprises a triple, air-conditioned bedroom, with typical Tuscan-style furniture and bathroom.

There is also an independent garden with table and chairs, where you can eat outside and enjoy the relaxing atmosphere of the Cappellese farmhouse.
